We ship using An Post.
While I try to ensure that all parcels are delivered within the specified time frame, Gléasta can not be held responsible for delays due to adverse weather conditions or other postal /technical related issues outside of my control.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
We really want you to be happy with your purchase and we want to give the best customer service possible.
We will reimburse any shipping costs when you return a faulty or damaged item but if it is something you have simply had a change of heart on then you will have to cover the return postage. Please return the item within 14 days of the day you received the order. Please email us to advise of the return of the order and the reason.
